  • You must be 21, have a valid driver’s license, and sign a waiver to rent a golf cart.
  • A major credit card is required.
  • We recommend that you reserve your golf cart IN ADVANCE at the time of booking to ensure you get a cart.  If you wait until your arrival, they will likely all be reserved.
  • Non-refundable payment in full is due at the time of check-in.

Registered overnight guests DO NOT need to purchase a day pass. Day passes are required for guests using the facilities just for the day. A day pass includes use of the pool, train ride, and mini-golf in addition to participation in any of the daily free activities.

Advance reservations are REQUIRED for day use and can only be made on the day you wish to visit and only if current occupancy allows for additional guests in the park on that day. (Day passes are rarely available on Saturday in-season.) Your reservation will require full payment over the phone and that payment is non-refundable. Please call 636-938-5925 and press 0 to speak with Guest Services on the day you wish to visit to check availability and make your reservation

Visitors of overnight guests must register at the Ranger Station and pay the regular $5  add’l per person site fee.   Mini-golf, train rides and some activities are an additional cost. Visitors will receive a free parking pass that must be displayed on their vehicle.

The maximum number of day visitors + overnight guests may not exceed 6 persons per cottage, cabin, and tent sites. RV site maximum is 8 persons. Additional visitors may purchase a Day Use pass if any passes are available for that particular day. If no Day Use passes are available then the park is at capacity and additional guests to a site will not be permitted. (See Day Use above)

Cottage & Cabin Pet FeesPet fee is $35/per day stay for the 1st pet + $10 for each additional pet.
Quiet, Non- aggressive well behaved pets are welcome. Pets in cottages or cabins require a pet fee per stay to cover the specialized cleaning costs required after check out to prepare the unit for the next guest. Pets in a cottage or cabin MUST be in a carrier when you’re not there. Any damage caused by your pet will be charged at the full cost of repairs. Pets are not allowed in public areas and MAY NOT be left outside unattended at your site or elsewhere. There is no charge for pets staying in your own RV or camper. Service animals are exempt from our pet policy fees and restrictions

General Policies:

  • Guests aged 17 Years Old and under at the time of check in are considered children
  • Pets may be allowed – restrictions apply – see below
  • The rates displayed Do Not include any applicable service fees, taxes or charges for optional incidentals .

Reservation & Payment Policies:

  • Your Credit Card will be charged 1st Nights Site Charge prior to arrival.
  • To cancel or make changes to your reservation please call our Reservation Department at (636)938-5925.
  • Cancellations made within 7 day(s) of check-in date are subject to a penalty of the Equivalent of First Night Site  Charges. (For Cancellation and change purposes, check-in date is considered to be 12:01 AM of the day on which you are scheduled to check in.)
  • In the case of multiple Sites booked, cancellation penalties apply to each Site that is cancelled or changed.
  • Early check out: No refunds will be issued for early check out.

General Policies:

BASE RATE:

Rates are for two persons. The additional person charge is $5 per night. Children age three and younger at the time of check-in are FREE.

RESERVING SPECIFIC SITES/ACCOMMODATIONS:

Please be advised that we absolutely CANNOT guarantee a specific site or accommodation although we will do our best to honor your request. As per industry standards, your reservation guarantees you a specific type of site/accommodation, not a specific site number. To maximize availability, our computer reservation system automatically shuffles existing site and accommodation assignments as each new reservation is made or when an existing guest re-registers for another night, therefore guaranteeing a specific site is impossible.

PET POLICIES:

  • Quiet, space needed non-aggressive pets are welcome at Jellystone Park.
  • Guests staying in our cottages or cabins may bring pets but there is a $35 pet fee per stay for the 1st  pet and  $10  for each additional pet to cover the cost of specialized anti-allergy cleaning in the unit for the next guest.
  • Pets must be crated when you’re not in the unit with them. Any damages will be charged at the full cost of repairs.
  • Service animals are exempt from our pet policy fees and restrictions.
  • There is no charge for pets staying in your own RV or Camper
  • Pets are not allowed in buildings or the pool area.
  • Pets may not be left unattended at your site or anywhere else in the park.
  • Please pick up after your pet!

CANCELLATION POLICIES:

A $10 cancellation fee will be charged for all credit card cancellations to help offset credit cards fees incurred by the resort as a result of the cancellation.

PLEASE NOTE: Our normal cancellation policy requires seven days advance notice prior to the arrival date or the reservation deposit is forfeited. This is a common practice for seasonal resorts such as ours.
